Intel: 600 GB SSD by the End of 2010?

According to Fudzilla, Intel could announce to some of its partners new series of SSD to be launched by the end of 2010. Those "Postville Refresh" models could have their capacity boosted up to 600 GB. This is not impossible as we will demonstrate it. Both SSDs are from Intel. On the left side is the 80 GB model featuring 20 chips of 4 GB each. On the right is the latest model, aka Postville, offering 160 GB thank to only 10 chips of 16 GB each. By reducing the engraving process from 50 to 34 nm, one could increase density and storage capacity for the same size of chips. It will then be easy for Intel to replace the empty slot by some chips.
