Apple will offer Psystar a way out without loss of face

According to Infoworld, Apple will sign an agreement with Psystar that could put at an end the crisis and the war between the two companies. In this agreement, Psystar would agree not to sell any more machines on which Mac OS X is pre-installed and should pay Apple damages of which the amount is not known. In exchange, Apple would stop the proceedings against the company and would accept the amount of these damages once Psystar have exhausted all the possible appeals.If this agreement is signed, Apple will give an indication of firmness but also of great leniency.
