A story of a dishonest delivery man?

In the words of one of our readers: I ordered an Imac from the Apple Store last week and I awaited the delivery via UPS scheduled for today. Connecting to the interface to see where my Imac had got to, I had the surprise to see the status changed to "delivered" , without having received anything! This is my 4th order to the same address (an office open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.…), so I immediately contacted the 'after-sales-service' of Apple. I was even more prompt to react when I noticed on the interface that the package had been signed for by a person named "RENE". Once in contact with the person in charge of the orders, I learn with stupor that I am not an isolated case and that at least two other people did not receive their order today from UPS whereas the status is "delivered". Worse still, the person who signed is each time was "RENE". They promised to investigate and to find my mac and will contact UPS, I would be kept informed by email (at this moment I do not have any news).
