OCZ Increases Warranty on its SSDs

So far, Vertex and Summit SSD from OCZ were covered by a 2 years warranty. The company decided to extend it to 3 years. This decision can be a good marketing parameters to help customers to switch from disc-based HD to SSD. It is obvious that one will still have to wait for years before having SSD drives with competitive price vs. disc-based HDs for similar storage space. In 2009 and 2010, it should remain a choice between performance (SSD) and capacity (HDD). However, we should have SSD offering 128 GB to space at "affordable" price and targeting customer market for the end of the year.
