After experiencing some outages earlier this month, iCloud users continue to experience outages across a number of services. Earlier this morning Apple reported on its System Status page, which at the moment appears to be experiencing some hiccups, that 11% of iCloud users were affected and listed all iCloud services as impacted by the outage
